🗑️ Account Deletion Request
You can request permanent deletion of your Gurukul Wisdom account and all associated data by following the steps below.
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once your account is deleted, you will lose access to all your exam progress, purchased content, and subscription benefits.
📋 How to Request Account Deletion
To request deletion of your Gurukul Wisdom account, please follow these steps:
- 1 Compose an email Open your email app and create a new email addressed to [email protected]
- 2 Use the subject line Write: “Account Deletion Request – Gurukul Wisdom”
- 3 Include your account details in the email body Provide your registered email address or phone number linked to your Gurukul Wisdom account so we can verify and locate your account.
- 4 Send the email We will process your request and send a confirmation within 7 business days.
Clicking the button will open your email app with the request pre-filled.
📊 What Data Is Deleted vs. Retained
The table below explains what happens to each type of data when your account deletion request is processed:

⏱️ Processing Timeline
Once we receive your deletion request via email:
- We will send an acknowledgement within 2 business days.
- Your account and data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of the confirmed request.
- You will receive a final confirmation email once deletion is complete.
